Return Policy

We offer a 14-day online return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at kavarjewellers@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A flat fee of $13 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost. The return shipping label will be provided to you, and the $13 will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Return Approval
Please ensure you contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at kavarjewellers@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Last Chance items

  • Repairs

  • Last Chance Watches

  • Pre-owned watches and jewellery

  • Custom orders

  • Layaways

  • Gift cards

  • Items over $10,000 CAD


Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
